One more doubt i want to clear... as u told download of torrent is not at all illegal. But while downloading, we act as seeds for other.. It means we are distributing the material (may be copy right).
whether it is not violation of copyright

I come to know that site which provide download via torrent are under legal problem.. limewire is showing such msg on it site.
Is download using torrent 2ext.com is safe and legal
